**We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Finance Business Partner - Operations, to join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week within our Finance Division on site in Banbury.**

As Finance Business Partner - Operations, your duties will include:
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Supporting the Head of Operations in detailed analysis on performance, cost management, forecasting, and budgeting with daily, live and fluid interactions.**

**Daily KPI Monitoring** - identifying and sharing risks or concerns, agreeing relevant corrective actions as required:
Labour Cost analysis and performance variances to forecast/budget.

Transport costs analysis and efficiencies, ensuring optimisation

**Month end & Reporting**

Key player in the Month end Process delivering to internal reporting deadlines, including but not limited to processing journals; investigating variances to forecast/budget; review with Head of Operations and presentation to Senior Management

Weekly reporting of in month/quarter performance expectations.

Adhoc data analysis, reporting and presentation requests

Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations in advance of Board Meeting

**Forecasting/Budgeting**

Forecasting cost expectations based on in month/quarter shipment forecasts

Working alongside the Head of Operations to prepare the annual budget and presentation to Senior Management

**Innovative Thinking**

Working within Finance but a key player in the Operations Team, challenging and raising appropriate efficiency and automation recommendations.

Promoting a process improvement environment across the business, identifying inefficiencies, suggesting and implementing improvements

Ability to use advanced Excel and Power BI to analyse, manipulate and present data effectively
- Part/Fully Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate level of Word & Outlook
- High level of numerical ability and accuracy
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships at all levels across the business
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions
- Flexible to change
- Problem solving skills with a pro-active can do attitude
- Prepared to ‘hit the ground running’.
