**Role overview**

We are looking for a Customer Bookings Advisor to deal with customer requirements for Service/MOT and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service.

**About You**

As a Customer Bookings Advisor, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

**Your role**

You will work from our Bookings Office and will be responsible for the efficient and timely answering of inbound calls, assisting with customer queries, accurately recording customer information, obtaining service enquiries, and booking customers’ vehicles for maintenance and repairs. You will work closely with the Service Team Managers to coordinate and maximise opportunities always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.

The main duties of the role include:

- Answering and transferring inbound calls and enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer service
- Record customers details and requirements when handling an enquiry
- Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, times and pricing
- Make outbound calls to customers when ordered parts have arrived and arrange a booking
- Maintain, enter & look-up customer/vehicle data on various automotive operating systems
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current sales products, service packages & campaigns across the Kia & Mazda product range

Possibility to progress to Service Advisor position.

Working week - 2 week days - 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1pm. Bank Holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £12,870.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- Customer Support Occupation: 1 year (preferred)
- Motor Trade: 1 year (preferred)
