Coquet Trust have a full time opportunity for a Team Co-ordinator / Senior Support Worker to provide **person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and supervise support workers on shift**. We are looking for individuals who share our values of being **committed, reliable, inspirational, trustworthy and inclusive**.

**This role**

We have a **full time** position covering two locations in Ashington, and one in Longbenton. We are looking for someone to join and supervise the permanent team here, to build professional relationships with the people we support in order to deliver the highest quality care.

We are looking for people with previous experience of support work who is able to take their experience to provide excellent support and develop others.

As a team co-ordinator, you will report to a Support Manager, be the lead person on shift, co-ordinate rotas, carry out workplace observations, contribute to 1:1s and ensure the best possible care is provided to the people we support in their homes.

**Person Specification**

We are looking for someone who has experience working with adults with learning disabilities and NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or is willing to work towards this. Due to the requirements of the individual we support, you will need:

- Ability to use hoists and manage a wheelchair.
- Driving license
- Level 3 Health and Social care
- Able to work sleep-ins and full time shifts
- Female for support with personal care

**Hours**

The full-time role is 37 hours per week (plus sleep ins which are paid additionally).

A **sample shift pattern** may be working 3 out of 7 days, including weekends on a rotational basis, could be: 7.45am to 8.45pm; 10am - 10am the next day; 10am to 8pm.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
