**Making A Difference** provides short breaks in the community and family support for children and young people with disabilities and/or behaviours that challenge.

This is a service for families that delivers both stimulating activities and support to children and young people in the community and at home so parents can take a break from their caring role.

We are looking for individuals who are highly confident in working with children with complex additional needs and potentially challenging behaviours.

Flexible hours are available every weekend and there is also the opportunity to work full time hours during Half terms & Summer holidays.

The nature of this role is within the community so you must hold a **full drivers licence** and have **access to a vehicle** for work use.
