OSB Group are offering a rare opportunity to join our Chief Control Office as a Customer Relations Apprentice. This position will give you fantastic insight and experience working with the Customer Relations Team.
You will gain a thorough understanding of variety of customer relations tasks, such as handling complaints and enhancing our customer’s experience. Working within a supportive team, you will get ‘hands on’ experience whilst achieving qualifications to support your career goals.

What you will be doing:
On a typical day, you will be completing a variety of tasks to support the team. This includes:

- Dealing with the complaint’s mailboxes, managing incoming and outgoing responses, ensuring case owners are aware of any new communication relating to their cases
- Dealing with all incoming post, scanning, and attaching to any associated complaint cases and ensuring case owners are aware of any new activity
- Formulating standard complaint letters as required and ensuring relevant case actions are updated accordingly
- Supporting Customer Relations Team Leader and Manager with any ad-hoc activities as and when required
- Supporting the team with general administration tasks, including booking of meetings, producing power point slides with relevant information for meetings and committee packs, maintenance of team road map, minute taking of meetings where important decisions are made.

- Professional Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification, with an established training provider, supporting you all the way

- £14,000 starting salary
- 5% annual performance related discretionary bonus
- A Monday - Friday, 9-5 job (no weekend working)

**What we need from you**:
- An inquisitive mind
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress
- Minimum GSCE’s (Grade 4/ C or above) in Mathematics and English and ideally working towards higher education in Year 13
- Right to work in the UK
