We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Academic Programmes Assistant to join the Nuffield Department of Medicine, where you will provide the highest level of support for all its current and future educational offerings including DPhil and MSc programmes, short courses and summer schools. This is an important role in supporting existing programmes as well as the development of new courses.

It is essential that you are educated to GCSE level, or equivalent. You will have previous administrative experience or proven administrative skills. You should have excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have the ability to collect, collate, store and disseminate information in a GDPR-complaint manner. You should also have the ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative, and be able to prioritise your own workload and multi-task.

This position is offered full time on a fixed term contract for 3 years and is funded by the Department.
