Director R esponsibilities:
As the Director, some of your key duties will include:
Academic Programme Management - develop and implement curriculum, hire and evaluate tutors, and provide academic advising Staff and Operations Management - supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with policies and oversee centre facilities Student Support - advise students, manage student life activities, and ensure their well-being during their time in Oxford Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with Oxford faculty, local academic communities and the home campus staffDirector Rewards

Director Experience
It is essential that the successful candidate can prove the following;
Doctorate degree as a minimum professional requirement 5-7 years in higher education management, with current teaching experience and staff management Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Knowledge of British culture and academic systems Possess a proactive, flexible, and positive working style
