**DURATION: 6 months**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Senior HRBP - DBS (Digital Business Solutions)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support the Senior HRBP and HRBP on key DBS talent initiatives
- Contribute to creating avenues of employee engagements (global communication tools, new collaboration ideas)
- Work with large sets of data and streamline to meaningful information
- Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/ exits process
- Advice employees on HR processes
- Ensure data accuracy in all HR systems (e.g., BPC, SuccessFactors, OrgVue)
- Contribute to the HR projects as and when required.
- Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in MS Office Applications (predominantly Excel, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Experience in reporting and analytics
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team working capabilities
- Keen to demonstrate creative thinking
- Passion for learning
