Permanent role

There will be the option to work 1 day per week from home after 3 months.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Commutable from Leeds, York, Garforth, Selby, Goole or Castleford

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to work for a friendly well established client based near Selby, North Yorkshire.

**The Role**

To process monthly payroll, pension and expenses, with support from the Financial Transactions Manager and HR Officer. To work with the HR Officer on all aspects of HR administration.

**Duties**
- Accurate, timely and compliant processing of monthly payroll
- Regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for payroll and People
- Assisting in the streamlining and continued development of payroll and people processes
- Review, processing and analysis of monthly reimbursable and credit card expenses through ExpenseIn
- Administer the company HR Platform (PeopleHR)
- Staff onboarding process for all departments
- Undertake administrative duties in connection with recruitment/leavers/changes/contracts
- Maintain company employee benefit information and liaise with providers including pension, healthcare, cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers
- Ensure the HR mailbox is managed on a daily basis

**The Person**
- Previous Payroll experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Be organised
- Strong attention to detail
- HR experience or a desire to learn more about HR
