Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Payroll & HR Administrator’s principal roles are the processing of monthly payroll, pension, and expenses with support from the Financial Transactions Manager and to work with the HR Officer on all aspects of HR administration.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced payroll processor who is keen to develop their HR administration skills in a fast paced and rapidly growing business.

A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential due to our location.

**Duties within the role will include**:

- Accurate, timely & compliant processing of monthly payroll for multiple companies
- Regular and ad hoc reporting for payroll and people
- Assisting in the streamlining & continued development of payroll and people processes
- Review, process and analyse monthly reimbursable and credit card expenses
- Administer the company HR platform
- Administrative duties regarding recruitment; onboarding; leavers; changes; contracts
- Maintenance of company employee benefit information and liaising with providers including pension, healthcare, cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers.
- Management of the HR mailbox on a daily basis

**What we need from you to fulfil the role**:

- Previous payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Sage Payroll 50 or equivalent
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

**It would be nice if you also had**:

- Some previous knowledge of HR or it’s administration
- Working knowledge of a HR platform eg PeopleHR
- Working knowledge of an expense platform eg ExpenseIn

**ROLE DETAILS**

**Flexibility**: During the probationary period this role is fully office based however after successful completion of probation GBUK have a policy in place for partial homeworking which this role falls within.

**Salary**:£25,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience

**Hours**:Monday to Friday **8**.30am to 4.30pm or hours as agreed
