Morgan Hunt are working with a fantastic charity, who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator for their East Surrey office. They are offering the flexibility of working remotely as well as in the office 2-3 days a week. This HR Administrator role is beingoffered on a temp to perm basis, paying £12 per hour PAYE (plus holiday), with a working week of 37.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities for HR Administrator:

- Providing daily HR Administrative support.
- Dealing with low level ER queries as well as directing higher level queries to the HR Team leader.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, for example employment contracts or changes.
- To be responsible for inputting and checking payroll information each month into the HRMIS: input confidential personal data as well as file data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations.
- Maintaining employee personal files and other HR records on the HR system (Access).
- Providing DBS and administration for employee benefits.

Experience and skills required for the HR Administrator:

- Previous experience in working in a fast-pasted HR Administration environment.
- Experience in using main HR systems such as Access to input and record personal data.
- Ability to uphold a high level of discretion when managing confidential information.
- The ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communications and organisation skills with the ability to complete task in a professional and timely manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
