HR Administrator Lead

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our People Support team at SeeAbility. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems that support employee growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that support employee growth and well-being* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational strategy and decision-making* Analyze data and develop effective solutions to improve HR processes and systems* Manage and coordinate training and development programs for employees* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment* Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems* Develop and manage budget for HR operations* Provide guidance and support to HR staff* Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors*

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions* Experience with HR systems and software* Strong budgeting and financial management skills* Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations*
