**THE ROLE**:

- Lead and complete installations of Net World Sports products successfully at customer sites
- Manage time effectively to meet installation deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Sales & Products team to organise and plan installations accurately
- Provide feedback on products & product samples, including quality, functionality, and usability
- Provide feedback on product instructions & suggest improvements where necessary
- Assist in building and assembling product samples for testing and evaluation
- Support Sales and Product Development teams with product demonstrations and ADHOC tasks
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during installations and other tasks
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers & colleagues
- Represent Net World Sports with a high level of professionalism and expertise during installations and interactions with customers

- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior installers
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments, including sales, customer service & products, to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- **Experience**; Previous experience in installing sports products or similar. This experience should extend to having knowledge of tools & equipment.
- **Physical fitness**; Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, in line with safety procedures
- **Driving License**; Must have clean valid UK driving license
- **Safety Awareness**: Must be aware of safety procedures and adhere to them at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- **Communication**: Must have excellent communication to work collaboratively between internal departments & have strong customer-facing skills
- **Flexibility**: Must be flexible to work weekends, stay from home & extended hours where required to suit customer requirements & maximum efficiency

**Application Procedure**

Our office is based in Wrexham, North Wales, however the job will often require you to travel all over the UK & occasionally may be required to travel overseas.
