**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - IMMEDIATE START**

**(Permanent, Full time position)**

For over 30 years, JBH has been providing a storage, fulfillment and distribution facility for their clients both large and small, from their facility now based in Coleford. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team to provide a professional, friendly and high quality service to our publishers.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate
- Previous customer service experience.
- Have excellent IT skills and be proficient with MS Office & Outlook.
- An ability to manage your own duties and share workload across the team.
- An ability to show attention to detail and accuracy with figures.
- Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to problem solve and to work through difficult scenarios whilst also knowing when to seek help

The primary task within in this position is admin related with the majority of the role being centred around the use of MS Office and Outwork Excel & Word.

Salary £11.50 -£12.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
