Are you an advanced physiotherapist with five or more years of experience, seeking a rewarding role assessing a variety of MSK conditions, with the opportunity to mix your in-clinic practice with virtual work?

In this role you will split your time between in-person consultation and delivering Ascenti's award-winning virtual physiotherapy services remotely from home. You will be part of a wider team of physiotherapist and APPs, working on an established NHS service, delivering the highest standards.

With five or more years of clinical experience, you are building a successful career in MSK physiotherapy and are confident working autonomously in clinic. In this role you will manage a varied MSK caseloads independently, leveraging your expertise both in-person and through Ascenti's multi-award-winning virtual physiotherapy technology. As a member of our team, you'll deliver advanced care to patients with complex conditions, utilizing evidence-informed methodologies and digital tools.

Ascenti has an established in-house Virtual Physiotherapy team and a range of tools and learning resources to help you thrive both in clinic and as part of your virtual work.

You will need to be comfortable with using tech in your role, but you won't have to worry about all the administrative tasks. **Key responsibilities**
- Work as an autonomous advanced practitioner in providing and delivering neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
- Independently to assess, analyse and provide a clinical diagnosis for individual patients, including those presenting with complex conditions.
- Understand each patients' needs and expectations, and provide them with high quality standards and treatment
- Demonstrate excellence in report writing, and evidence an ability to complete reports autonomously without the need for further support
- Maintain up to date records in line with professional standards.
- Attend regular relevant courses both internally and externally, as well as keeping an up to date file of your CPD achievements, in line with HCPC guidelines.
- Identify and manage any risks to quality, such as workload, communication, and team working, with the support of your line manager and clinical mentor.
- Work as part of a team and liaise with other physiotherapists internally to ensure delivery of clinically effective care.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on challenging matters and in line with Ascenti procedures.

**Essential experience and qualifications**
- Extensive post registration experience working at a senior level (at least four years in MSK field).
- Full HCPC registration
- CPD folder with evidence of continued professional development.
- Evidence demonstrating advanced clinical examination skills
- Msc Advanced Physiotherapy Practice Post Grad Certificate in Advanced Practice
- Injection Therapist
- Previous experience as APP or FCP
- Engaged with the road map to Advanced Practice
- Demonstrable competence through accredited courses in'¯imaging (MRI/CT/DXA/UKS) training; IR(ME)R Training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability'¯to work'¯in a fast-paced environment, prioritise effectively and manage your time efficiently
- 5+ years of Physio experience
- NHS experience
