**Head of Operations**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse productivity data and optimise staffing and production capacity.
- Utilise historical records to forecast future patterns and trends.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Design new processes to enhance quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Review all operations processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage operational budgets effectively.

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement and team leadership
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to transform data into actionable, strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility quick to keep up with changing demands

**Package**:

- **Starting salary** Competitive
- ** Hours **(36.15) Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm
- ** Contract **Permanent
- ** Location **Selsey, West Sussex
