Cove UK is a new business leading the way in the Holiday Park Sector. We do things differently here. Having introduced the infrastructure to underpin our operational requirements, we are now looking for the following team member to join our executive team and help enhance the growing difference from our competitors. You will be responsible for leading and managing the integration and transformation of our internal systems, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision, objectives, standards of the organisation and regulatory bodies.
Ideally, you will have firsthand experience of the holiday park industry or within hospitality, hotel groups, or retail where high volume bookings and transactions occur at pace. You will have previously and successfully integrated the likes of Elite (Sales and CRM), RMS (Reservations), Zonal (Point of Sales) and Netsuite (ERP/General Ledger) or similar.
About the role:
Heading up a small (matrix) programme team you will oversee the integration of a number of internal systems including Elite, RMS, Zonal and Netsuite, ensuring this is delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality, while meeting the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders, customers, and regulators.
Key Accountabilities:
• Provide Programme Management discipline including, but limited to, task and resource planning, issue and risk management, and status tracking and reporting
• Lead integration across the business platforms to fruition.
•Providing expert advice and support during the integration.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with service partners.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR/PCI DSS regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the technical integration roadmap.
•Managing IT team time on integration.
•Developing standard operating procedures and training in readiness and for post completion.
•Ensure for Cyber Security is maintained throughout.
•Managing the financial aspects of the integration and ongoing budgeting.
• Ensure new service integrations and platforms have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs, KPIs monitoring commensurate with business requirements and priorities.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting cadence on the above processes and budget spend.
Specification/Experience/Qualifications
• Natural at taking initiative and engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload and delegate with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to project work to tight deadlines and under competing priorities
• Innovative approach to problem solving and flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Strong analytical skills and deep experience in project management
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience of ERP or Finance Systems integration, especially Netsuite.
• Demonstrable financial acumen (any formal financial qualifications would be a bonus).
• Proven experience in an integration/transformation technical role
• Elite, RMS Zonal, Netsuite, Windows, Apple MAC, iOS platform experience
Experience of/or Cyber Essentials Accreditation.
• Excellent customer service, ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action.
• Ability to negotiate and influence.
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
• Ability to manage minimal to moderate amounts of after hour notifications and incident management engagement
• Bias towards financial programmes such as Oracle, SAP etc.
• BSc(Hons) Computer Science, engineering, information systems or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Six Sigma black belt or equivalent
