**Job description**
Duties
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Clients team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging catering and preparing meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
Monday to Friday Office Hours
Closing Date: 1st March
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
