Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to joinery, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in multiple trades and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Perform joinery work such as fitting doors, windows, and cabinets
- Handle plumbing tasks including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials
- Carry out carpentry tasks such as constructing shelves, repairing furniture, and installing flooring
- Assist with heavy lifting when required
- Fabricate and assemble structures or components as needed
- Conduct masonry work including bricklaying, tiling, and plastering

**Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in joinery techniques and the ability to carry out precise measurements
- Strong plumbing skills including knowledge of pipe systems and fittings
- Experience using a wide range of hand tools and power tools
- Painting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to achieve a high-quality finish
- Carpentry skills including the ability to cut, shape, and install various materials
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting tasks
- Ability to fabricate and assemble structures or components accurately
- Knowledge of masonry techniques such as bricklaying, tiling, or plastering

**Salary**: £700.00-£800.00 per week
