This is an exciting opportunity to join an established IAPT service (Improving Access to Psychological Therapy) in Lincolnshire and undertake the role of Administrator for steps2change service. This role will have a main base but will support the other teams to maintain excellent admin provision to the community.

We are looking for a positive, flexible, organised, efficient team player who can respond to the service needs in delivering effective compassionate treatment.

In this role you will require excellent communication and IT skills as well as having an exemplary telephone manner. You also need to be an excellent team player with the initiative to work on your own, along with the teams.
