David Smith Contractors Ltd, Civils and Demolition Contractors, based in Crimond are looking to recruit a Contracts/Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
Assisting managerial team with administration for tendering of contracts and live projects.
Preparation of site documentation.
Monitoring and updating employee training matrix and arranging appropriate courses when required.
Communication with employees regarding training requirements.
Communication with training providers to ensure correct training requirements.
Assisting accounts team in processing of purchase orders and delivery notes.
**Skills**:Microsoft Excel and Word.
Previous administrative experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
