Purchasing Administrator

Abel Systems are looking for a Purchasing Assistant / Administratior to join our busy and growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process orders, quotes and communicate with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the company receives maximum value
- Maintain a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities
- Forecast demand for certain products and make orders accordingly
- Continuously update spreadsheets relating to accounts and purchasing.
- Prepare department purchasing analysis and reports for directors.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years’ experience minimum in administration - essential.
- Previously worked in manufacturing / engineering environments - preferable but not essential.
- Must have exceptional understanding of Microsoft Excel and SAGE
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
