Trade Team are currently looking for an administrator to start ASAP for our client based in the S40 area,

**Daily duties**:

- Telephone and reception duties.
- Data entry and upkeep.
- Accounts, payroll, credit control.
- Entering sales and purchase invoices.
- Putting and handing over vehicles on site, using autoflow software.
- Greeting customers.
- Managing bookings.
- Basic IT, Microsoft outlook sage software use.

**Quals Required**:

- Microsoft outlook and word.
- Ideally from Bodyshop or mechanic garage background or similar.

**Hours**:

- 8 am - 5 pm.
- Monday - Friday.

**Contract length**:

- Permanent.
