This is an exciting role and will provide a real opportunity to further develop your operational HR Portfolio. You will provide expert advice, guidance and support and coach managers on a range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, health and wellbeing conversations, conduct, performance, as well as supporting a wide range of HR projects as required.

This position requires someone who can use their own initiative with determination and drive in a professional yet friendly manner who can be flexible in their approach whilst dealing with a wide range of people and situations.

CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent work experience is essential along with a good understanding of ACAS principles and current Employment Law matters.

We offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service. A friendly and flexible working environment with the chance to be a part of the largest nature conservation body in the area, working together to improve our region for nature as well as engaging and inspiring people to connect and take action for wildlife.
