**Job Purpose**

**The Role**

**Full-time role (37.5 hours) based at our Montrose Road office in South Sheffield.**

**8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri - Weekend working around 1 in 4 weekends with 2 days taken in lieu the following week.**

**On-call duties on a rota basis, once fully trained.**

As an apprentice, you’ll get:

- Full support, 1:1 coaching and mentoring
- Paid and be entitled to the National Minimum Wage
- time for training or study as part of your apprenticeship

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Manage Recruitment Activities**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and Franchise Standards.
- ** Creative Recruitment Campaigns**: Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns both online and within the local community.
- ** Social Media Recruitment**: Enhance our social media recruitment strategy by generating interesting and timely content and campaigns.
- ** Market Research**: Use market and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- ** Community Events**: Research, plan, and execute regular community events such as fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- ** Applicant Tracking System**: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment-related information using the Smart Recruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- ** Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilise recruitment data to inform and optimise recruitment strategies.
- ** Employee Referral Scheme**: Maintain a tailored Employee Referral Scheme to attract more Care Professionals.
- ** Best Practices**: Keep up to date with best practices and optimise recruitment tools available.
- ** Target Achievement**: Meet targeted recruitment figures.
