Junior Office Administrator

As Junior Office Administrator you will be expected to act as part of the administration team and as such your job will involve you in supporting other members of the team from time to time. Your job is to perform basic administration tasks.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Booking maintenance visits.
- Maintaining computer files.
- Arranging attendance for call outs.
- Raising purchase orders, worksheets, quotations and certificates.
- Liaising with engineers, customers and suppliers.
- Assisting manager and other administrators as necessary.
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
- Must have office experience and be computer literate in Outlook and Excel.
- Must be capable of prioritising tasks and working efficiently in a high-pressure environmental.
Hours: Monday to Friday
08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
Salary - Meets age appropriate national minimum wage
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
