Cherrytree Dental Care is the Wantage area's only independently-owned private practice. We offer high standards of care. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this is a chance to work as part of our warm and friendly team.

We need another skilled communicator to join our front of house team in September.. You MUST have outstanding telephone skills. The job also involves welcoming patients to our dental practice, assisting with booking in their treatment, taking payments, and other computer-based administrative duties.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to balance a sense of humour with a discreet and professional outlook. You will be expected to remain calm and courteous under pressure, so a healthcare background would be advantageous. You will also be expected to prioritise your workload accordingly, bearing in mind that emergencies and cancellations mean that the diary is constantly changing.

'A' levels would be an advantage, as would some experience of working with databases and an understanding of GDPR. Training will be given, but we will not consider anyone without GSCE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or higher.
