Our client is looking for an Assistant Office Manager - city centre - office based

**Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm**

**Description**

**1**

Maintaining & updating Marketing, Client/Matter, contact and office supplies databases.

**2**

Creation of new files and archiving of old files as required.

**3**

Creation of New Client/Matter forms on Envision.

**4**

Work alongside the HR & Support Manager in the management of outstanding administration projects.

**5**

Supervising Support Assistant to ensure that all filing/titles are stored correctly, and the filing room is kept tidy allowing the easy retrieval of files.

**6**

Relief Reception duties to cover sickness and holidays.

**7**

Organisation and set up of all boardroom meeting refreshments/lunches, with the help of the Support Assistant.

**8**

Assist with carrying supplies orders around the relevant departments when required.

**9**

Supervise/assist Support Assistant with Royal Mail/DX each morning/evening.

**10**

Assist with any other support duties as and when required.

**Profile**

A varied role to include, but not limited to, the list of duties below. You must be reliable, be able to communicate effectively with a confident telephone manner, be enthusiastic and willing to learn, have the ability to work as a small team and have goodorganisational skills. You must be smart, ready to be client-facing every day and have a level of fitness that can cope with the faced paced varied duties within our department. You must be confident and have experience in a supervisory role. You must alsotake pride in the work you do for others with an emphasis on attention to detail.
