I am pleased to announce one of my established and highly successful clients are seeking an experienced credit control administrator to join their growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

My client is a market leader within their field and they operate in a global market place. Working in their prestigious offices based on the outskirts of Cardiff, they are seeking an experienced administrator to come in and support the team with an increasein workload. After the initial 12-month fixed term contract, there is a strong possibility that the role will be extended or taken on permanently.

Working as part of a small, friendly and close-knit team, and reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will be required to oversee a portfolio of clients and assist with the collection of out-standing debts and their associated administration.

**Key tasks will include**:
2. Adhering to your personal KPIs to ensure monies are collected and targets are hit

3. Build relationships to ensure cash is paid within agreed timescales

4. Communicating professionally what will happen if payments timescales are not adhered too

5. Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

6. Working as part of the team to assist with any problem clients and ensure the collection process is managed professionally at all times

**Personal Specifications**:
1. Previous experience of debt collection and/or credit control within a business to business environment would be highly advantageous although is **NOT** essential

3. Strong IT skills

4. The ability to prioritise workload

5. You are driven, passionate and self motivated

6. Quick learner

7. Co-operates with the team to achieve overall objectives

Standard working week, 36 hours.
