**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a clinic supervisor available in store. This role is full time, which is 35.5 hours over a **4 day working week.**

With your previous Optical & Leadership experience, as well as a solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like, you'll help manage day-to-day operations, ensuring performance goals are met, developing commercial opportunities, & supporting with recruitment & induction of New staff members.

You'll combine your skills to offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability, & an excellent reputation for the store.
