**Depot Administrator**

**Salary**:Upto £22,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

**Hours**:30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday

**Location**:Rochester, Kent, ME2 4DZ

**What will you be doing?**
- Prepare disposal reports using Power BI and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders, using systems such as Workday/Sage.
- Carry out month-end reports, for Rochester Transfer Station and Canterbury Transfer Station, including raising disposal Invoices.
- Ensure purchasing, invoicing, payroll, holidays, absences, output data, and workflows are all up to date and accurate.
- Complete monthly disposal and haulage ticket reconciliation.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll queries using SAP & Workday.
- Support the Regional department with administrative duties.
- Assist Contract manager in client meetings and responding to client queries.

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong administration knowledge.
- Experience using Elemos, Workday, Sage, Sap, Power BI, or Google would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
