**Responsibilities**:

- Patient customer services and care navitigation
- Prepare systems for patient customer contact.
- Answer and direct inbound calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and security badges.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Attend scheduled training and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with other reception and administrative tasks as needed.
- Make process improvement suggestions when issues arise.
- Monitor own performance and seek ways to improve quality and efficiency.
- Follow surgery health and safety, infection prevention, safeguarding and governance procedures.
- Assume a positive team role & contribute to the spirit & ethos of the surgery.
- Typing skills preferable.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,380.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 37.5 per week
