**The Role

We are looking for a well-organized Accounts Assistant to assist with general administration, manage ground rents, and communicate with managing agents and leaseholders.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain HR files and records for all employees.
- Keep our online system (Atlas
- Citation) up to date for all staff including personal information.
- Produce employment contracts using Atlas for all new starters.
- Manage the annual appraisal process.
- Maintain sickness records for all staff and ensure correctly showing on Atlas.
- Ensure probation reviews are carried out on time.
- Process all salary changes on Atlas and ensure all staff re properly notified in writing of any change in their contracts.
- Administer all monthly payroll information to ensure all relevant information is correctly input into payroll
- e.g., hourly paid staff, concierge overtime, new tax codes etc.
- Process payroll for PPM and other developments that directly employ staff utilising Sage payroll and Payroll
- Ensure that PAYE is accounted for correctly and paid over on time.
- Manage disciplinary or grievance process when situations arise.
