**We are looking to expand our HR team to continue supporting rapid business and people growth, whilst creating a positive “one team” culture.** You will support the HR Manager in providing support and guidance to the SMT team ensuring they work to and understand the best HR practices. You will be given the exposure to all the employee lifecycle and the opportunity to review and improve current practices.

**THE ROLE**
- Support the HR Manager on all ER cases across the business including; sickness, flexible working, family friend, disciplinary and grievances and performance management
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes and continue to review the processes on a regular basis to ensure they remain relevant and fit for purpose
- Be responsible for monitoring probationary reviews and all supporting documentation
- Assist with management of all employee benefits
- Manage all employee files and ensure all paperwork is stored securely
- Support the HR Manager on larger scale HR Projects requirements
- Have a desire to excel and develop a career in HR
- Have a basic understanding of current employment law
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- Have a full UK drivers license and own transport. Be willing to travel to our offices in Sheffield, Manchester and Leeds as required
