Are you an innovative manufacturing engineer with the ability to find creative solutions for complex engineering challenges?

My client is an innovative engineering and technology company and are currently seeking an experienced engineer looking for a varied, interesting and challenging role.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Ensuring a smooth NPI transfer into manufacture
- Driving continuous improvement projects for existing products for manufacturing and test
- Working with suppliers including setting up manufacturing processes and equipment
- All relevant documentation from specifications to processes and procedures

And you will ideally have;
- Experience of working with complex electro-mechanical products
- Strong understanding of wireless technologies eg digital, analogue, RF
- Using lean tools and techniques (eg PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban etc)
- Worked within cross functional teams
- Relevant engineering qualifications, ideally degree qualified or similar
- Worked within high volume manufacturing environments
