**Previous experience of working in pensions is essential for this position due to it being an initial 9 month contract with limited training.**

**A bit about the job**:
This is a 9 month Fixed term contract where you will be working on an exciting project, delivering project based changes around the changes in pension age, specifically investigating cases where customers have a right to a protected pension age and ensuring policy records are marked up correctly.

In this role you will maintain and develop relationships with product owners, providing support on the technical aspects of the platforms whilst resolving queries and provide guidance to platform support roles and escalate more complex/unfamiliar problems to team leaders and managers.

You will utilise your skills and knowledge of the sales platforms and the processes and tools to take responsibility of maximising the usage of the platforms and for customers to view the appropriate propositions on the platforms, resolving problems according to Aviva processes and procedures.

A key function of this role is supporting the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives. To succeed in this role, you will be highly motivated, with a desire to help our customers by understanding their needs and motivations.

A knowledge of the transfer process and/or customer corrections would be helpful but a can-do attitude and determination to kill complexity is essential.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Knowledge of pension administration, ideally with an understanding of transfer processes and/or customer corrections
- Ability to adapt and react quickly & positively to change
- Understand the needs of the customer to ensure they are treated fairly
- Creative thinker and customer obsessed, always putting the customer first
- Strong communication kills with a proven background in Customer Services

- Starting **salary** of Circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
