Execute and monitoring all recruitment processes, to attract skill people (office staff and crew members) to support the business strategy. Responsible of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company alongside the HRBP Manager.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and coordinate, with the HR Business Partner support, all recruitment processes;
- The Talent Acquisition will administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process;
- Manager and Maintain the recruiting database, to ensure applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding;
- Manage and maintain social media platforms related to recruitment and employee feedback.

- Bachelor's in Human Resources

- 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection;
- Preferential experience in International Recruitment and in the luxury industry;
- Experience in managing multiple R&S processes;
- Knowledge on employer branding;
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office.
