We’re looking for a numbers centric and confident Finance Administrator to join our Audit team in either our Castle Donington or Birmingham offices. The Audit Finance Admin will provide administrative support to both the Partner and Manager group on key accounts, relieving the admin load and enabling them to focus on the technical. You will lead on client billing, capital management and monitor project costs/profitability.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and independent individual, with a project management style. Someone who will take a “joined-up thinking” approach to non-financial client portfolio management and client account maintenance alongside our Audit Lifecycle Coordinators.

You will be a people person, able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders on both financial and operational matters. You will also
- Prepare bills and liaising with managers for portfolio review and sign off
- Monitor the financial dashboards and communicating any red flags
- Assist the Partners and Managers to resolve any “exceptions” or errors on their project data
- Maintaining project data throughout “life cycle”, including updating financial estimates, final review of data before project sign off and the de-activation/roll forward of project data once the work is complete
- Assist in debt chasing, including maintaining the central credit control tracker
- Monitor financial KPIs, including fees and revenue, recovery rates, client wins / losses and debtor days
- Monitor non-financial KPIs e.g. client advocacy scores, and assist in the completion of the bi-annual client performance reviews

**What you’ll need**

As the Audit Finance Administrator, you’ll be personable, organised and energetic with
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics financial reporting tools, including Power BI
- Pro-active and independent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders on financial and operational matters
- Experience in a financial services environment such as audit (beneficial)
