Location: Liverpool (L33 7RN)
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, days and lates on rotation

6% shift pay when working the late shift

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Monitor performance of Warehouse Colleagues
- Manage Warehouse Colleagues within the warehouse
- Extracting information from the system
- Monitoring productivity within the warehouse
- Tracking warehouse performance daily
- Assisting the Shift Manager with reviews, 1:1's etc.

- Must have previous Team Leader experience, preferably within a warehouse environment
- Must be IT literate and confident with IT systems
