Our client have an exciting opportunity available for a **Furniture Sales Consultant **to join their growing team based in **Leeds**. You will join on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of **£19,000** perannum plus uncapped commission for every sale made, OTE of £45,000

**About the Furniture Sales Consultant role**

Our client are on the hunt for a self-motivated and engaging retail sales professional. You are passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to grow and develop your sales career.You will thrive in developing and nurturing relationships withcustomers.Along with these qualities, experience facilitating face to face sales in the furnishings or high-end fashion is advantageous. Their experienced **Sales Advisor **is a trained retail professional, with a design background, who is passionateabout luxury home furnishings and a strong customer orientated attitude.

The sales consultant’s objective is to generate sales using all possible leverages, while transmitting his/her passion for design, luxury, harmony and product knowledge.

The aim is to guarantee an excellent and impeccable winning customer shopping experience.

The sales consultant’s performance is measured by individual sales and other KPI’s.

**Responsibilities of our client’s Sales Advisor include**:

- Championing and building key relationships with our customers
- Ensuring the customer experience is of the highest standard
- Confidently presenting design and aspirational living ideas
- Establishing an accurate, reliable, and realistic sales pipeline.
- Maintain a core understanding of all Natuzzi products in order to advise & consult customers effectively

**Skills and experience required by our client’s Sales Advisor**:

- Experience in Furnishings, high-end retail, or fashion
- Ability to maintain strong familiarity and awareness of the rapidly changing furnishing ranges and designs
- Strong interpersonal skills, lead management, and customer service
- A driven and highly motivated sales professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative. The ability to self manage, schedule effectively and deliver results is essential
- CRM experience is an advantage
