Rangeford Villages is a developer and operator of luxury Integrated Retirement Communities. Our portfolio includes both existing and new development sites, with an emphasis on high quality facilities and independent living.

The business is currently in its start-up phase with two sites in operation, one site nearing completion and a further 2 sites under development. (And numerous sites under consideration).

There is an aggressive organic growth plan backed by our committed investment partners Fern Trading Limited (the UK’s largest investor in renewable technologies, construction of hospitals, care homes and retirement villages) and Octopus Healthcare as Manager.

In line with our expansion we are now looking to recruit to the new position of **Sales Co-ordinator. **Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the role will be an integral part of the sales team, providing support to the Sales Director and sales teams across all Rangeford Villages’ integrated retirement communities.

The role holder will be instrumental in supporting the sale of our new build, beautiful, modern apartments and the lifestyle we provide, assisting the sales team, ensuring compliance standards are met, whilst maintaining the Rangeford Villages brand and ethos at all times.

The role requires excellent organisation and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to hit deadlines, whilst being able to focus on supporting the sales teams to achieve the best results from all leads and generation opportunities. This is underpinned by an excellent grasp of metrics, strong business acumen and excellent collaboration skills.

The position is based at our Uxbridge office, with some flexible working patterns together with ad hoc visits to our villages.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To administer the sales strategies across the whole Rangeford Villages Group and ultimately achieving sales targets, this is what you can expect day-to-day:

- Supporting all sales functions as required
- To become an expert of the Sherpa CRM database, mentoring and supporting the sales team to utilise to its full potential
- Monitor prompt and effective handling of sales leads and successful follow-up process
- Responding to future village’s enquiries including uploading on to Sherpa CRM database
- Preparation of accurate and timely reporting of the sales activity, from both Sherpa and Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with the accurate reporting of lead generation and source of enquiries of marketing campaigns and collateral effectiveness
- Fully understanding and implementation of the ARCO compliance requirements throughout the buying journey experience
- Monitoring of the Rangeford website to ensure property listing up to date
- Undertaking competitor market research

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as an organised and analytical administrator within the new homes industry
- Analytical mind set and critical thinking
- An excellent level of IT skills, including full Microsoft office
- First-rate spelling, grammar and proof reading ability
- High level command of English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Excellent team working skills
- Able to lone work and a part of a remote team
- A passion and understanding to deliver first class customer service and buying journey experience
- Well-organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving
- Full clean driving licence, car owner

**Experience and Skill development**
- Must have at least 2 years previous new homes sales administration experience
- ARCO consumer code compliance training will be given

**Person Specification**

The role holder will have a passion for, and superb understanding of, all things property sales and customer services related. They will be a first-class communicator, who can build relationships both internally and externally

**Working conditions**

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Occasional weekend assistance at villages to support marketing events.
