**Job Specifics**

**You will play a key role at Slater and Gordon and will be our customer’s first point of contact within the business, answering calls via a dialler system and will be based in our Liverpool call centre.**

We offer fantastic, in-house training that will require your full attendance throughout the first 3 weeks which will be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5.30pm

You will then be required to work 5 days, shift pattern rotational between Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, for example 8am - 4.30pm. 9am - 5.30pm, 10am - 6.30pm, 11.30am -8pm

Saturday shifts are worked on a rotation with a day in lieu, so if you work a Saturday, you can have a day off within the week. You can work from home on a Saturday, and full equipment is provided

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Working on a dialler system to manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, giving our customers the best experience possible
- Understanding the needs of clients, empathising, and always providing a high level of client care.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, receiving new enquiries
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive can-do attitude
- Able to work at our Liverpool call centre on a full time basis
