**Business Support Executive**
Temp
Monday-Friday - Full time office based
Mon-Thurs - 8:30am-5:30pm (Friday) finish at 5pm
Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 PA

**Business Support Executive Responsibilities**
- Manage, control and own compliance tracker within the team
- Raising issues to internal/external stakeholders for non-compliance issues
- Ensure sales reports and programs are completed on time for teams/Directors
- Control all sales programs centrally and manage expectations on speed/date of delivery
- Controlling and owning the diary for interviews ensuring maximum percentage of attendance
- Chasing missing timesheets to ensure a smooth process for the Payroll team
- Tracking and ensuring KPI’s are being reported
- Liaise regularly with the team to ensure full understanding of billings and predictions
- Manage key programs within team which covers topics such as aftercare, found fee radar and offer management
- Provide key analysis and metrics to the team to covers areas such as performance, averages, ratios
- Advertising and writing job specifications for the team

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
