**About the Role: Senior Support Worker**
As a Senior Support Worker, you play a vital role in the care team, recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents. Responsibilities include conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers. Emphasizing high quality, the role is focused on maintaining the personal care needs of residents, respecting individual dignity, and promoting independence.

**Reports to**: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse
**Is this role for you?**
- Previous experience in a senior care role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Effective team player
- Empathetic and caring nature

**Qualifications**:
NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it
