**About the Role**:
Are you a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker seeking a fulfilling opportunity? As a Senior Support Worker, you'll conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, contribute to care planning, and provide coaching to support workers. **Reporting to**: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a senior care role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize work effectively.
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly.
- Empathetic and caring nature.

**Qualifications**:
Hold or be working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
