A Multinational Healthcare Company based in Burgess Hill is seeking a Events Executive to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months.

Our client based in Burgess Hill is looking to recruit an Events Coordinator. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of a variety of events such as internal sales conferences, customer meetings and visits.

As Events Executive you will possess strong time management and organisational skills with a confident approach to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be competent in running virtual, hybrid and face to face events whilst ensuring that key business needs are met for each project. On occasions and when it is safe to do so, you may be required to travel to conduct site visits and attend some events to ensure they run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing multiple events and customer visits in addition to day to day activities that include; raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses and organising customer transport
- Organising registration, delegate support and onsite activities
- Managing the expectations of all parties and third party supplier liaison
- Collating and providing post event feedback, finalising budgets and invoices - this is critical for the success of future events
- Coordinating large internal kick-off event in January 2024

**Requirements**:

- Have previous proven experience and in depth knowledge of running virtual, hybrid and face to face events
- Understand and live the vision of the Events team, appreciating our organisational priorities and requirements to ensure that all work is consistently produced to the highest standards
- Possess a high level of understanding of MS Office, Zoom, Microsoft teams and ideally CVENT
- Have proven experience in project and stakeholder management
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
