Warehouse Support (Inventory Management) Supervisor, Distribution

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**As part of the DC Management Team, you are a skilled, qualified, inventory specialist, with a history of tangible results. Your analytical capabilities drives your decision making and that of your team. Taking advantage of existing data streams and creating new measures and MI tools that support the management teams focus, your leadership behaviors will drive your team towards operational excellence and to be the backbone of daily operations supporting all elements of measure including Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.**:
**A day in the Life**:

- Takes accountability for all elements of stock integrity and location efficiency
- Drives inventory integrity initiatives and enforces policies to do so
- Maintains inventory financial reports and ensures counting processes are compliant
- Corresponds with the internal and external planning teams to align forecasted demands to inventory availability and communicates capacity requirements the Distribution Operation
- Responsible for pick location efficiency through location of key products and maintaining replenishment teams and processes.
- Leads, Maintains Facilitates and Embeds an ‘Operational Excellence’ Culture’ through training and engagement
- Provides MI reporting to the business at all levels
- Partners with the Finance function
- Partners with our Network and beyond on cross-functional/divisional or group activities
- Role Model Leadership of the team

**Keys to Success**:
**Education**:

- Qualified to Degree Level or similar
- Strong leadership capability

**Experience**:

- Solid experience of using and creating analytical tools and methods
- Excellent system-based knowledge and excel skills, Power BI, MS package.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Demonstrable Improvement mindset - Tangible success via teamwork and influencing
- Able to work unsupervised on multiple, sophisticated tasks in a lively and complex environment.
- Must be able to facilitate, collaborate, drive and influence at all levels.
- Good IT and Systems capability.
- Excellent English written and oral presentation skills.

- 0-10% travel
