About the Role
This Pharma Support Coordinator position is a critical role in our Operations team, working closely with the Pharma Services group at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse or logistics operations and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Run reports to identify items that need to be moved to fast-pick locations based on picking frequency.
* Physically transfer stock to optimize warehouse space and update system records using handheld devices.
* Perform stock checks to ensure accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and adjust inventory as required.
* Combine types of product (SKU/lots) across multiple locations to free up space and improve organization.
* Assist in adjusting stock locations and moving items between systems for customer orders when required.
* Process monthly scrap authorization lists by verifying quantities and locations, booking stock for scrapping and physically picking the items for disposal.
* Address HOLD notifications from global QA by blocking stock and marking locations as blocked, then reverse the process when the hold is released.
* Track and compile performance metrics such as order line picking percentages from fast-pick locations.
* Provide regular updates to team members to supervise the efficiency of warehouse processes.
