As Graduate Junior Account Manager you will be reporting to the International Sales Manager and supporting the international team to drive sales growth for my clients' brand in the international market.

**Description**

As Graduate Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

- End to end accountability for smaller international accounts (House Accounts)
- Building a trusting and professional relationship with customers/businesses
- Be aware of key customers category review dates and ensuring that you meet their deadlines
- Notifying customers of unforseen delivery delays or other complications and facilitate suitable interventions
- Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records, customer meeting notes, and sample orders
- Be the key point of contact for the internal marketing team to organise and distribute brochures and gifting
- Assist with meetings and presentations when required
- Support with data analysis
- Monthly & ad-hoc reporting

**Profile**

The successful Graduate Account Manager will have:

- A Degree or 1 - 3 years experience in Retail or Marketing Account Management
- FMCG experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

**Job Offer**

As Graduate Account Manager you will be entitled:

- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- 26 days holiday plus BH
- Standard Pension
- Hybrid working (2 fixed days in the office Tues/Weds, 3 days at home)
