My client, a household name, is on the look out for an ambitious Junior Account Manager, with experience in either marketing or retail account management, to join their growing team. The four words to describe this role would be creation, creativity, ambition,and growth. Reporting into the Senior International Sales Manager, this positions core focus will be to support the international team to drive sales growth for Baylis & Harding in the international market. You will assist the Senior International sales manager andbe responsible for the day-to-day management of smaller accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support strategic sales plans on larger accounts to meet and exceed financial goals
- Have end to end accountability for smaller international account (House Accounts)
- Build a trusting and professional relationship with customers

Facilitate day to day activity of International Team with all general support required including liaison with all different departments such as Operations, Marketing and Customer Service

Beware of key customers category review dates and make sure that we meet their deadlines. Notify customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications and facilitate suitable interventions.

Documenting processes and maintaining sales department records. Customer meeting notes, sample orders.

Key contact for internal marketing team to organise and distribute brochures and gifting.
- Sample management, including collating samples for relevant meetings or deadlines Assist with New Line Presentations
- Attend customer meetings when required

Education/Qualifications
- A qualification in a business discipline would be an advantage but not essential

Experience and Skills
- 1-3 years experience, in retail or marketing account management. FMCG experience would be an advantage.

Strong Commercial awareness Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
